How does it work?

Subscribing to our AutoFill service is quick and easy. You will go through the following steps:

  • MSA Safety will guide Grid customers through sign-up in under five minutes.
  • The GALAXY® GX2 or ALTAIR® io Dock Automated Test System will communicate the need to replace the calibration cylinder.
  • Your connected products tell the Grid when it’s time to order more—just one click and it’s on the way.
  • Within 3-5 days, your new cylinders arrive at your designated site.
  • Billed at a flat rate that scales with your fleet size.
  • Flat rate pricing is applicable regardless of how many types of gases are required to maintain your detector.

Yes, upgrades of the subscription tier are possible at any time. Please contact our customer support team at msaplusemea@msafety.com for assistance.

MSA recommends a Bump Test to be performed before each day’s use to verify proper device operation. Failure to perform this test could result in serious personal injury or death. Under normal circumstances MSA recommends calibration at least every six months, however, many European countries have their own guidelines. Please check your national legislation.

Gas replacement is initiated when the gas is approaching its expiration date or when the volume of the cylinder drops to 20% or below.
